Original double under sink setup.
When we obtain our new house, plumbing is ok, but is not the standards we would like to have. We also added the soap system, so is easy and less time on supplying new soap to the system.
This is the original setup under a double sink drain setup. While using this setup for the last year were found some problems with this type of setup. One of the main problem, if you clean the dishes on the biggest sink, the foam of the soap from the one sink would go come out onto the other sink. There is not clean out to try to unclog the drain just in case and also we have to add one thing, why people add that yellow pipe that only last about 2 to 5 years and just corrode and damage the sink.

For the new improve drain setup, was trigger because the sink was leaking water from the top of the under sink. As we try to fixed by removing, cleaning and installing the sink back. went wrong went installing the PVC pipes. As we install and adjust the main trap of this setup, it cracks and make the leaking worst. So we did not have no choice that to replace the whole drain, because the PVC was glue to the rest of the drain.
The new setup, we have to consider all the problems that we have with the original setup. We decided to have two trap so we can solve the problem of the soap of the dishes going to the smaller sink. We also wanted to add a cleanout, probably not necessary but is better to have, that need it in the future and don't have it. Also remove the yellow pipe from the system that should be removed from the market.
I have to say this setup solve, so far all the problems we have. it took some more pieces to create. We prefer something to be done right the first time, this is going to last a long time with no problems. It can also be uninstalled, adjusted and change just in case we need to change something. We are very confident that it will last for a very long time.
