Great looking job of the roof, this roof was fixed about 4 years back. Still have some problems because it collect the water on the roof by clogging the drainage for the water and get damage after time.
We decided to give it another shot to try to fix all the imperfections and problem that roof was having. The New company we are dealing with took the time to explain were the mistakes and the possibilities of the area where the water penetrated the underlayment of the roof.

The capping that was added for these new job, which it was recommended and was not recommended by previous jobs, is looking much better and very professional look job.
Some of the main concern.
The roof was designed with one drainage tours the back and left of the building. Leaves now collects and clog the drain. Owner of the people doing the job offer to add a wire mesh to protected.
As explain, they will level the roof with a special roof cement. It will level the roof and eliminated water paddler, the wont be pockets of water once the job is done, extending the life of the roof work. Must of the area where the water is present for a long time, the material lose the silver color and shorting the life of the roof.

We have to say that we so far are happy with the company service and the owner taking the time to explain and recommend the job materials, processes and method of application. Hopefully if everything come out great and no more problems arrive from this job for a while, we are gladly will continue doing agreements on other roofs manage by us.
