Rental Payments information after September 2023

After analyzing our situation and the safety of our managers, our main office have decided to change our system for collecting rents.
Starting September 1, 2023, Properties managers wont accept cash payment for rent payments. For the safety of our managers and tenants. We are only going to receive some types of payments to keep good records of rent payments. Some of the payments type we are going to approve for the monthly payments from our tenants:
Money Orders Made to: The Galavier Group LLC.
Payments By Zalle @ the following Email addreess:

Manager: Amparito@Galavier.com
Your rental account will also be handle on the Stesssa application by downloading the Stessa application or on www.Stessa.com wich ever you prefer. You would be able to see you rental payment history and see and download any documents you request to management. See approval for you next lease information. If you paid your rent by Zelle we would be able to keep very good records of rentspayments. Money Orders payments is done manually and it would take longer to process and report to the Stessa application.
